General Rules

These are the general terms and conditions that govern entry into any of the competitions on this web site and our Premium rate telephone lines. Occasionally an individual competition may have additional terms and conditions attached to it and these can be found by following a link on the competition page itself.

We are very proud to give you the opportunity to win a day to remember at a British GT Championship race event.
To be precise you'll join the British GT Xero Competition RaceTeam at Silverstone on Saturday 8th August and Sunday 9th October 2005.

Hotel accommodation and evening meal will also be provied on the Saturday night.

You'll be enjoy the thrills and spills of the most competitve motor racing in the UK, with an access all areas VIP pass you'll see the Le Mans Endurance Sports Car Series where Ex-Formula One drivers Allan McNish and Johnny Herbert plus Darren Turner have been recruited in to the British Audi team's "Magnificent Seven" line-up which bids for sportscar honours this year. McNish and Herbert join fellow Le Mans race winners Guy Smith and Frank Biela in the two-car Audi Sport UK Team Veloqx squad along with Jamie Davies and sportscar newcomer Pierre Kaffer.
You'll also see the British Formula 3 Championship, the British GT Championship plus support races including the British Formula Ford Championship, Historic Endurance, Formula Palmer Audi, and Formula X.

By participating in any Competition you as an entrant agree to be bound by the terms and conditions (and any other rules which apply to each such Competition) and by our decisions, which are final in all matters relating to the Competition.

All prizes are non-transferable. Arrangements for the fulfilment of prizes will be made by us.

As a winner you release us from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this Competition or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof save where due to our negligence; and agree to us using your name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.

If you are a winner, you (and guest(s) if applicable) must complete any relevant legal documents and return them to us within three (3) working days of receipt from us. Non-compliance or notification returned as undeliverable as addressed may result in your disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner may be selected.

In consideration of your participation in any competition you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when completing the registration form for the web site site (registration data) and entering any competition and to maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such is the case, we reserve the right to disqualify you from any competition and all entitlements attaching to your entry in said competition shall terminate forthwith.

The receipt, by you if you are a winner, of any of the prize components of a Competition is conditional upon compliance with any and all laws, rules and regulations including without limitation the terms and conditions and any Competition Rules.

Competitions are not open to our employees or those of affiliated companies and subsidiaries, nor to any sponsors, nor to the immediate families of such employees or sponsors.

Winner(s) of Competitions agree that neither us nor our employees or any sponsors shall have any liability in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.

Winner(s) will be notified by telephone as soon as possible after the Competition draw date which can be found on the individual competition page.

By registering you agree to receive promotional material from the sponsor of the competition or, where appropriate, from our company or other carefully selected companies with offers we think will be of interest. You agree that you do not object to being contacted under these conditions and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Telecommunications (Data Protection and Privacy) Regulations 1999 or amended thereon.

Where premium rate text messages are requested as a form of entry by replying by sms text to our first message via a shortcode you agree to have your phone charged with the maximum sum of the cost of the first chargeable message multiplied by 2.

We reserve the right to cancel a competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in the opinion of the company, and if circumstances arise outside of the company's control.

If any number is offered to us via the registration form as a friends number, you must have their prior permission

The Competition will commence on 23rd March 2005 and will close on 9th September 2005

The winner, drawn at random, will receive the prize of a V.I.P day for two at Silverstone as detailed above.

Calls to the premium rate number will be charged at £1.50 per minute and should last no longer than 2.5 minutes.

In the event of using premium rate text messages a text to the short code will be charged at £1.50 per message and will contain 2 chargeable messages.

You must participate in the actual competition either by sms or premium rate services.

By replying by sms text to our first message you agree to have your phone charged with the maximum sum of £3.00.

This competition is open to all UK resident persons aged 16 and over except the Promoter's employees or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the creation or administration of this competition Incorrect or incomplete entries will not be entered into the draw. The winner will be notified via the premium rate phone service once the entrant has submitted their mobile number. The winner will be required to send a copy of their passport/national identity card to the Promoter to confirm their identity and age, before any prize will be delivered. Following receipt and verification of the details above by the Promoter, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery/collection of the prize. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the Promoter or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, will be used by the Promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the Promoter considers may be of interest to you. only one main prize per competition is offered over and above any mystery gift or ring tone, unless the competition specifically states in the terms & conditions of that specific competition (found on this website) that more than one draw will be taking place.
